If you are a seasonal Florida resident, Wright Home Watch can check on your home while you are away. Our home watch service will provide a systematic check of your home which will alert you to any problems that may arise in your absence, many times months before they would be discovered without our service.

We provide home watch services on a once a week to once a month basis. (customized scheduling is also available)

Wright Home Watch will walk through the inside of your home and walk the perimeter of your property performing the following services:
- Check the heating/air conditioning system for proper performance
- Check windows and doors and make sure they are secured
- Check each appliance to ensure proper performance
- Run water in all sinks and flush all toilets to help keep the gaskets & traps from drying out*
- Check hot water heater for leaks and performance
- Check the breaker box for any tripped circuits, reset then investigate why it tripped
- Pest and mold visual check
- Run dishwasher once a month*
- If you have an auto we will start and run it if instructed
- Check/change air filters (additional charge for filter if not provided by owner)
- Check/change moisture control products (damp rid - additional charge for filter if not provided by owner)
- Check pool and/or hot tub where applicable
- Check garage, vehicles & boats if/when requested
*If water main is off, will turn it on to perform tasks then turn it back off.

If we discover any problem(s) needing immediate attention, we will help make arrangements to have these attended to on your behalf.
Our home watch inspection schedules range from once a week to once a month. After each inspection, we will provide a detailed report of our visit. Reports can be emailed, sent via US mail or simply viewed securely online at your convenience.
Our home watch team members travel with high tech data equipment and will provide almost instant reporting after each visit, including photos, checklist reporting and of course a telephone call if they should find anything out of the ordinary.
We also provide special appointment based services if you need us to meet service people, package or furniture delivery, etc.
