Real Time Inspection Concerns
Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 35,721 service calls we have performed 30,355 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

8/21/19: Smoke alarm chirping, charged cart, no mail8/21/19: There is evidence of fresh digging in the yard, appears to be an armadillo.
8/21/19: Prepared home for guest
8/21/19: The ac condenser is not running and making a buzzing sound. I tried turning it off at the breakers but it continued to make a buzzing sound. Weeds around the house unchanged and reported upon in past reports. The spots on the ceiling of the living room are no worse. The roof on the back porch is leaking and causing the soffits to rot and fall down. There is also some soffits rotting on the back right corner of the house.
8/21/19: Utility sink in laundry room has a leaking trap, it has been tagged as such. The wood base under the mailbox is rotted and the mailbox is loose.
8/21/19: AC came on and is working correctly. Removed Turfmaster lawn sign dated 8/13 from front yard.
8/21/19: Spa water level appears to be too high.
8/20/19: Alarm system not to be used. Invoice from aqua leak detection was on the back door see photo below. Brought in two pieces of mail which appeared to be important see photo below.
8/20/19: Closed up house, turned off water, breakers, put chain across driveway etc.
8/20/19: Bushes & trees on all sides of the house need to be trimmed.
8/20/19: Can’t access breaker panel in garage. Lamps in living room and master bedroom were on. Checked boat straps. Bushes on both sides of the house need trimmed.
8/20/19: The pool light is out and sat on the edge of the pool as it was last service call. Removed truly nolen sign from the front yard dated 8/19.
8/20/19: Watered the plant on the lanai.
8/20/19: Picked up 2 pieces of fruit from the yard. Put postal scale on the kitchen counter. No important mail today, will send on next service call.
8/20/19: The master bedroom left sink is leaking from the trap when water is running, I tried to tighten it but it still leaked. It has been tagged and the valve shut off. Brought in one piece of mail which appeared to be important see photo below.
8/20/19: Ac system is not working correctly, humidity level is high in the house and the air handler is blowing warm air from the vents. Poured 1 oz of bleach in each toilet. Left water main on for pool auto leveler device installed. Master bathroom toilet has been tagged for supply line leak, it is off at the valve so as not to leak. Lawn company didn't clean off their lawn clippings see photos below. Weeds are growing in the landscape beds & the palm tree by front entrance has large seed pods see photos below.
8/20/19: Garbage disposal is not working, I checked the breaker panel and the reset button. It has been tagged. Brought in one pool slip dated 8/8. A white Kia Soul is still parked in the driveway.
8/19/19: Large bug and salamander dead, picked up see photo
8/19/19: No mail
8/19/19: Spotcheck tails and windowsills.Spots on the ceiling in the far garage bay not sure but do not think they are water spots may be a little bit of mildew we will monitor photos below.
8/19/19: Brought in several pieces of mail.
8/19/19: Watered three interior plants.
8/19/19: Ran water through exterior fridge door. Turn garbage suppose all in one second. Change filter in furnace.
8/19/19: No mail. Drove car. Smoke detector beeping.
8/19/19: Ran the lanai shutters up and down. Both toilets on recent inspections have been found to be almost out of water within an inch of the trap being exposed which is not something that should happen. Photo below.
