Real Time Inspection Concerns
Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 34,892 service calls we have performed 29,676 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

5/22/19: Checked all pictures.5/22/19: Pool pump is not running could not find any tripped circuit breakers. Debris floating on top of water see photo below. Found corroded batteries in remote in living room see photo below.
5/22/19: Pool level was low, i ran water whole time I was there.
5/21/19: Deadbolt on back door was unlocked. Refrigerator was off and doors were closed, propped doors open.
5/21/19: Found $10 bill laying by front entrance door put on kitchen counter. See photo below.
5/21/19: Emptied icemaker.
5/21/19: Alarm system updated itself before we could set the alarm and leave.
5/21/19: Pool level at top of skimmer port debris on bottom and top of water photo below. Weeds growing in pavers and landscaping see photos below. Picked up problem solved pest control sign dated 5/20.
5/21/19: Some browning in the lawn see photos below. Damage to bottom left garage door see photo below.
5/21/19: Pool level was low upon arrival turned off pool pump and ran water hose entire time we were there. Brought in two pieces of mail one appeared to be important see photo below. Emptied and turned off ice maker. Pulled a Truly Nolen sign dated 5/16 from your front yard.
5/21/19: Moved dehumidistat down to 45 from 50 to help mitigate humidity level.
5/21/19: Dehumidifier read 47.
5/21/19: Cleaned up dead love bugs by inside front door see photo below.
5/21/19: Dehumidifier read 60. Refilled damp rids. Ran shutters up and down.
5/21/19: Ran shutters up and down. Ac system not cooling temperature reading 85 coming out vents. Dehumidifier reading 48. Dead love bugs inside front door vacuumed up see photo below. Ran shutters up and down.
5/21/19: Pool level to middle of bottom row of blue tile, filled pool the entire time we were there brought it above the blue tile. Right side pool cage door was not locked we locked before leaving. Yard is browning checked irrigation control it is turned off?? 4 dozen or so dead love bugs inside front door vacuumed up see photos below.
5/21/19: Bougainvillea bush by front entrance will need trimming soon, see photo below.
5/20/19: Cleaning lady was inside did not provide interior home watch service, but did walk the exterior and watered plants on lanai.
5/20/19: Water main valve was on upon arrival, off upon departure
5/20/19: The master bath left side sink is draining quite slowly may need to have the trap cleaned.
5/20/19: Watered 3 trees per written instructions on kitchen counter. Left side sink stopper in the master bathroom will not open. . The water heater circuit breaker was off.
5/20/19: Child pool gate not latched. Turned off garage door carriage lights that were on. Door from house to garage is not locked.
5/20/19: Client wants water to remain OFF during service calls.
5/20/19: Since toilets are covered did not flush however we did check water level. Dehumidifier ran while I was there and read 48. Filled all traps with RV anti-freeze.
5/20/19: Swept window sills in MB and fancies guest bedroom quite a bit of dust and dead ants, will monitor next week.
