Displaying Are Records 10526 to 10550 of 28593

7/5/23: I poured vinegar down the HVAC condensate tube then chased with water.
7/5/23: Poured vinegar down the HVAC condensate tube and then chased with water. Browning in the yard is about the same. The alarm was deactivated upon entry, I activated it upon departure. Armadillo hole in back corner of home looks like it may be active. The two master bath sinks are draining slowly, the left is extremely slow and the trap is now leaking slightly.
7/5/23: I watered the 3 interior plants as instructed. The master bathroom left sink has a note that the sink plug is broken. The lanai has a few weeds growing in the cracks. The front yard light is on, previously reported.
7/5/23: Home under renovation from flood damage. Alarm is to remain off per client. Pool level is about 2/3 skimmer port and auto water fill is working. The pool has debris on top of the water and on the bottom. As well there is some green algae on the one end of the pool, photos below.
7/5/23: I walked the house twice to ensure the water faucets were off to all showers, tubs, and toilets. Bushes are beginning to grow and need trimming soon.
7/5/23: Brought in five pieces of mail with a stack of sales flyers see photos below. Photo of the Charlotte county document requested below. The pool pump was on & running. Client advised that the roof & lawn are being addressed. Visual check of the boat photo below.
7/5/23: I watered 2 plants on the lanai as indicated I should by the soil moisture meter. I brought in a pool slip from the lanai dated 6/28/23. There are a few small palm fronds in the yard, photo below. The browning in the yard is about what I have reported the past several service calls. Circuit breaker 34 (kitchen GFI) is tripped and will not reset, photo below.
7/4/23: Drive by. Brought in six pieces of mail see photo below. The light on the master bedroom fan was on when i arrived. I turned it off before leaving. Made sure to activate the alarm system & lock the front door when leaving.
7/4/23: Made sure the water heater, range & ice maker were off. There is a pods storage container in the driveway & a large roll off dumpster in the front yard. All storm shutters are currently off & open.
7/4/23: Poured approximately 2ozs of vinegar down the hvac condensate drain line for preventative maintenance. Will replace the ac air filter in July. Made sure to turn off all water mains when leaving.
7/4/23: The facia on the back right corner of the house has been repaired since the last service call see photo below. The master bathroom sink is tagged for a leaking trap when water is running. Client will repair when they return. Checked all damp rids. Checked all light timers. No mailbox. Both door handles are unlocked.
7/4/23: There is a large section of drywall removed from the living room ceiling waiting to be repaired. Water damage in master bedroom closet waiting to be repaired. Mini fridge on lanai is off & door open.
7/4/23: A animal is digging large holes in all the landscape beds. There is some browning throughout the lawn. The irrigation timer is currently off. Mini fridge in dining room is off & door open. The doors on storage shed on the left side of the house are unlocked. Visual check of the boat photo below.
7/4/23: Mini fridge in living room was on & cold. Unable to access the breaker panel as the whole home surge protector has been installed directly underneath the lid to the breaker panel preventing it from being opened. Client advised breaker panel lid has to be unscrewed to open. Dock is waiting to be repaired. All accordion storm shutters are closed. Made sure the garage overhead door was closed when leaving.
7/4/23: Weeds & grass are starting to build up in all the landscape beds see photos below. Rainy season has started & the palm trees are being watered by frequent rains. Turned the water main off to the house only when leaving.
7/4/23: Replaced the 9v battery in the garage keypad & made sure it opened & closed after installing the new battery. Put the water sprinkler in the front yard and ran it by the new sod placed by the front of the house see photo below. The water timer that was connected to the hose spigot would not work in the timer function mode see photo below. I tried exchanging the batteries but the timer function would still not work. Will contact the client & advise them of the situation. I replaced the water timer with the timer used for the pool for now & set it to run for 120mins when leaving. Removed an undated Massey sign from the front yard. All of the irrigation sprinklers are still marked with flags.
7/4/23: Drive by. Went back to the residence to check on the pool & turn the water off after letting the hose run in the waterfall trough of the pool for a couple of hours as the pool pump had loss of prime when I arrived from the trough being empty earlier for an inspection. I found a loose cap at the bottom of the trough & the pool company documented that they had serviced the pool the day earlier. I screwed the cap back into the pool wall & ran the hose into the trough allowing it to fill up with water again see photos below. Will send a video of the pool pump back up & running with the water back up to the correct level via text to the client.
7/4/23: The humidity level was well below 60% inside the residence when i arrived. I raised the thermostat to 79 for now to save energy. Will continue to monitor closely & adjust accordingly. Garbage disposal is seized & i’m unable to free it. Soffits damaged in several locations around the house. One of the pool cage screens over the left side door is damaged & being held in place with tape. A section of pool pavers appears to be sinking on the right side of the pool. Clear storm shutter panels are on over the dining room windows. Left the water main on when leaving.
7/4/23: Weeds & grass are starting to build up in all the landscape beds see photos below. Found the gfi outlet in the garage that the battery maintainer is plugged into tripped & reset it restoring power to the battery maintainer. A long section of metal facia has fallen on the right side of the house above the ac condenser & on the back left corner of the house. Monitoring all previous water stains on the ceilings closely.
7/4/23: There are some hairline step cracks in the exterior wall by the pool pump. Ran all faucets & showers on the hot side during the entire service call to prevent odors from building up in the water heater. Checked all light timers. Storm shutter on lanai is open. Both screen doors are unlocked. Holes in ground along seawall are being addressed.
7/4/23: The exterior light next to the garage side entry door appears to be broken see photo below. The lawn company arrived to mow the lawn while I was inside the residence. The ac air filter is dirty & needs to be replaced. Shed door is unlocked.

Weeds & grass are starting to build up in all the landscape beds. Ran the hose in the pool during the entire service call to help offset evaporation. Faint water stain on garage ceiling by light fixture has not changed in appearance. Electric pole in backyard is leaning. Did not find any pool service slips on the lanai or in the green box. Ran the outside shower. Both lanai screen doors are locked.
7/4/23: I had to turn the pool pump off when i arrived as it was starting to run dry from the waterfall section of the pool being empty see photo below. Will contact the client & advise them of the situation. Visual check of the boat photo below. All straps were tight. Activated the alarm system when leaving. Turned off the water main to the house & made sure the hose for the pool auto filler was on when leaving.
