Real Time Inspection Concerns
Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 34,962 service calls we have performed 28,593 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

Weeds are growing in the pavers & landscape beds. The guest bathroom bathtub hot water faucet handle drips when water is running, it has been tagged as such.
8/26/20: Replaced the ac air filter with a clean one supplied from underneath the air handler per client. The humidity level is back under the acceptable level of 60% from the last adjustment.
8/26/20: The back guest bathroom bathtub plastic faucet handle broke when I turned the water on see photos below. I have tagged it as such. Some seed pods are starting to develop on a palm tree in the back see photo below. Poured capful of bleach into each toilet when finished cleaning them.
8/26/20: Brought in 5 pieces of mail see photo below. Weeds are growing in the deco drain by the pool. Visual check of the boat photo below. Made sure to use the water main with the green handles only.
8/26/20: Minimal weeds are growing in the landscape beds. Visual check of the boat photo below.
8/26/20: The master bathroom toilet leaks from between the base & the floor when flushed, the valve is off & it is tagged as such. Valves are off on all toilets. Mini fridge on the lanai is off.
8/26/20: Did not turn on the master bathroom shower per client.
8/26/20: The water main was on when I arrived. Weeds in landscape beds appear to have been sprayed recently. Mini fridge on lanai was on & cold.
8/26/20: Interior clean, humidity good and front temperature 82.8, fridge possibly ready for filter, picture below
8/26/20: Exterior good, painters still on site, interior clean, humidity very good, no problems observed, pictures below
8/26/20: Exterior good, interior humidity little high, put humidistat y to o on to check AC, waiting for unit to come on, cycling now, will set humidistat to 50 and check next inspection , car charger light is red, no other problems observed
8/26/20: Checked all wood floors throughly.
8/26/20: Interior couple cinch worms, humidity acceptable, no problems observed,picture below
8/26/20: There was a 2020 census notice on the front door & 1 piece of mail in the mailbox see photos below. Brought in 2 pool service slips dated 8/13 & 8/20. I shut off the water main to the house only when leaving.

8/26/20: Exterior good, interior couple cinch worms disposed of, turned water on to toilets, brushed and flushed toilets turned water off, humidity good, no problems observed

8/26/20: The guest bathroom shower has grout starting to come out of the tile on a back corner see photos below. Brought in a 2020 census notice that was on the front door when I arrived see photo below. There is still some browning in the front lawn on each side of the driveway photos below. Poured a capful of bleach into each toilet.

8/26/20: The batteries were low in the ac thermostat when I arrived, I replaced them with two new AA batteries see photo below. The humidity level inside the residence was back under the acceptable level of 60% since making the last adjustment. Brought in 7 pieces of mail see photo below. The well pump breakers were off & the water main valves were on when I arrived, i turned the breakers back off & left the water main valves on when I left.
8/18/20: Brought the garbage cans down to the street for collection. There was another 2020 census notice on the front door see photo below. Both refrigerators were off & the doors were closed. I propped the doors open for ventilation & removed a melted ice cream sandwich that was left in the kitchen freezer. Frank was mowing the lawn when I arrived.
8/25/20: Exterior good, interior again clean, humidity very good, poured vinegar down HVAC tube, dehumidifier running at 45, no problems observed
8/25/20: Exterior good, interior clean except for leaves from tree, watered tree , removed filter from HVAC, was very clean, put back in, added bleach to toilets and poured vinegar down HVAC tube, picture below
