Real Time Inspection Concerns
Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 35,792 service calls we have performed 30,355 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

9/22/20: The pool pump was running & the water spigot on the side of the pool pump was still dripping when I arrived photo below. Dehumidifier in kitchen read 40 and water was draining from the hose. Mini fridge in the kitchen was on & cold. Used company issued booties inside.9/22/20: Exterior good, lawn guys working, interior clean and humidity good, no problems observed
9/22/20: There was no water pressure coming into the house when I arrived, I checked to make sure all water mains were on. Both tires were low on the jet ski trailer, I put some air back into them using my cordless inflator see photo below. Boat garage humidity and temperature levels 64.9% & 82.0. Visual check of the boat & trailer. Poured capful of bleach into each toilet. Made sure to leave the water main on for the pool water auto leveler.
9/22/20: Exterior good, gate locked, interior clean, humidity good, no problems observed
9/22/20: Exterior good, pool clean and water level 1/2 skimmer port, interior with 2 bugs disposed of, humidity good
9/22/20: The irrigation leak on the left side of the house has not been repaired yet. The laundry room light was on when I arrived. Found the new replacement boxes of damp rid bags provided & replaced several full bags throughout the residence. Excessive amount of debris on the bottom of the pool photo below. Watered the 2 plants by the front door.
9/22/20: Condo clean, humidity acceptable, no problems observed
9/22/20: There appears to be an invasive melaleuca tree growing in front of the juniper bush on the front right side of the house.
9/22/20: Exterior good, interior clean and humidity good, no problems observed, dehumidifier running at 48
9/22/20: Brought in several pieces of mail. The front lawn has some browning. Weeds and vines are growing in all the landscape beds. There appears to be a broken irrigation line washing out on the back right corner of the house which appears to be getting worse. Visual check of the boat photo below. The alarm keypad still has a message displayed Error sensor #12AFW & an intermittent beeping sound is coming from the living room entertainment center. It is also saying warning a smoke detector is not responding.
9/22/20: Exterior good, interior 1 large dead bug disposed of, humidity still okay, no problems observed

9/21/20: Exterior good, weeds on Lanai, interior clean, ran shutters up and down, poured vinegar down HVAC tube, pictures below
9/21/20: Exterior good, pool little debris on bottom, water level good, pictures below, interior with one small worm or ? Looks like a small snake (dried up), left for pest control to look at if you call them, poured vinegar down HVAC tube, no problems observed, picture below
9/21/20: Exterior good. Downspout damage left side, picture below, pool clean and water level good,picture below, interior clean but water dripping guest tub and toilet in master bath keeps running, no problem as we shut water off when I leave pictures below
9/21/20: Exterior good, large wasp nest over garage door, pool clean, water level almost top of skimmer port, pictures below, interior clean, poured vinegar down HVAC tube, splash of bleach in toilets, all is well
9/21/20: Exterior good, interior clean, poured vinegar down HVAC tube, green light on on charger, tire still with air, no problems observed
