Real Time Inspection Concerns
Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 34,884 service calls we have performed 28,593 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

8/1/19: Ran water thru fridge door. Drained water from system after water was turned off.8/1/19: Several large dead cockroaches on floors. Guest bathroom tub is full of garbage bags. Recommend cleaning
8/1/19: Half bathroom toilet runs continuously, probably needs a new tank flapper. Turned off at valve.
8/1/19: Brought in one piece of mail see photo below.
7/31/19: Temperature in living room close to ,window,88.6 humidity 52.1,poured last of bleach down HVAC tube
7/31/19: Shed doors are painted shut.
7/31/19: Covers pictures behind sofa left sofa away from wall
7/31/19: Turned valves off after flushing toilets.
7/31/19: Changed damp rid bags
7/31/19: No problems to report

7/31/19: Nothing has been done since last night.

7/31/19: Ran spa during visit,off upon departure
7/31/19: Water main is broken could not get water into the house. Poured water from the pool into drains and toilets.
7/31/19: No mailbox. Locked the interior garage entry door.
7/31/19: Watered plant inside. Freed the disposal to run again.
7/30/19: Picked up 0 pieces of fruit from the yard. Several pieces of mail being sent today.
7/30/19: Brought in two pieces of mail which appeared to be important see photo below.
7/30/19: Removed undated Tru Green signs from yard.
7/30/19: Bushes by front entrance need trimmed.
7/30/19: Brought in one piece of mail which may be important see photo below. Brought in two pool company slips dated 7/18 & 7/25.
7/30/19: Both garage doors were open upon arrival which I closed when leaving & the alarm was set. Ceiling fans are on in bedrooms & a kitchen light was on, I turned off.
7/29/19: New water cut offs,picture taken, water turned off in main ground box
