Displaying Are Records 24576 to 24600 of 28593
7/18/19: Started the car, idled during service call.7/18/19: Water is off at 2004.
7/18/19: Raised both thermostats to 77 due to lower humidity levels.
7/18/19: Drained water from system after water was turned off. Ran water on fridge door.
7/18/19: Several large dead cockroaches on floors. Guest bathroom tub is full of garbage bags. Recommend cleaning
7/18/19: Half bathroom toilet is running and needs a new flapper. Turned off at valve.
7/18/19: Brought in two pieces of mail photos below. Unplugged, propped doors open & moved contents of storage room fridge to condo fridge. Found tempered glass table top on the lanai shattered upon arrival see photo below.
7/17/19: Brought package in from front door, photo below. Placed it on top of the tool box in the laundry room. Pulled an undated Massey Peat Control sign from the front yard. Reset the timer on the living room light, it was on when I walked in.
7/17/19: Replaced all moisture eliminators in the closets & air fresheners throughout the house.
7/17/19: Poured bleach down HVAC tube. There is enough bleach for one more service call and then we will be out. The humidity along the gulf side windows of the living room was 52.5% and the temp was 88.8 degrees. The low battery indicator icon on the thermostat was flashing so I replaced them with the batteries from the remote on the coffee table in the living room.
7/17/19: New mulch has been put down in the front landscape beds see photo below.
7/17/19: Shed doors are painted shut.
7/17/19: Car too close to shed for me to check inside. Found trace evidence of mildew forming behind sofa. It is my belief the sofa’s close proximity to the wall and the sheet draped from the wall decorations caused no air circulation which helped promote this issue. I have removed the draping sheet and pulled the sofa away from the wall. I cleaned the wall best I could with cleaners available, will continue to monitor. A gecko must have gotten inside, I cleaned up a dozen or so droppings in the office area.
7/17/19: Guest bath sink stopper broken will not lift, cannot run water.
7/17/19: Turned valves off after flushing toilets.
7/17/19: Changed HVAC filter.
7/17/19: Checked all pictures. Brought in one piece of mail which appeared to be important see photo below.
7/17/19: Photo of your bird of paradise thought you might like, below.
7/17/19: Gate was locked.
7/17/19: Shoe covers worn. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom was on I turned to low. The window shears in the living room were called back open, so I close them. Found a dirty butter knife or fork and glass in the sink. Turn the water heater off at the circuit breaker.
7/17/19: Found four large dead palmetto bugs, one in sitting room off kitchen and 3 in th dining room corner. Also have the small little bugs back in the master bathroom all were dead. Found a dozen bug droppings in the guest bath tub. You have infestations that should be addressed by your exterminator company. Photos below. I cleaned up the larger Bug but left the smaller Bug’s so that pest-control people can see what they are.
7/17/19: Shoe covers worn
7/17/19: Ran spa during visit, off upon departure. Did not run water in MB shower and left side sink bowl as they had cellophane on the drains. Found the possible reason for the excessive water bill, the relief valve on the riser in the city of the property was/is leaking. Turned off on meter side of riser before the relief valve. There was a package at the front door, brought inside.
7/17/19: Water main valve still broken could not get water into the house. Poured water from the pool into drains and toilets.
7/17/19: Copper water supply valves for the master bathroom sinks & toilet as well as the water heater for the guest bathroom in the closet all have excessive corrosion see photos below.
