Real Time Inspection Concerns
Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 34,884 service calls we have performed 28,593 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

7/17/19: No mailbox.7/17/19: Watered plant inside. Disposal was seized again, I used an Allen wrench to free it and it then ran properly.
7/16/19: Opened home for clients return.
7/16/19: Water main plastic handle is dry rotted and starting to get brittle see photo below. Bushes are starting to grow over the sidewalk leading to front entrance see photo below.
7/16/19: Removed arrow pest sign from yard dated 7/15.
7/16/19: Brought in two pool company slips dated 7/4 & 7/10.
7/16/19: Bushes on each side of the house need trimmed see photos below. Grass & weeds are growing in the landscape beds see photo below.
7/16/19: Watered all potted exterior plants. Garbage disposal is making a loud noise it has been tagged.
7/16/19: Pool pump impeller housing is still leaking. Lawn company is not mowing or weedeating behind the fence along the sea wall see photos below.
7/16/19: Amazon prime package was at the front door I brought inside see photo below. Brought in three pieces of mail which appeared to be important see photo below.
7/16/19: Picked up 0 pieces of fruit from the yard. Several pieces of mail being sent today.
7/16/19: Used company issued booties inside. Dehumidifier in kitchen read 40 and water was draining from in hose.
7/15/19: Dehumidifier read 51. Found the garage door opener in the center console of the car and there are no keys attached to it.
7/15/19: Watered plants pool area
7/15/19: Dehumidifier read 60. Refilled one damp rid bucket. Ran shutters up and down.
7/15/19: Service provided, all ok
7/15/19: Poured vinegar down HVAC condensation evac tube.
7/15/19: Ran shutters up and down.
7/15/19: Dehumidifier reading 50. Ran shutters up and down.
7/15/19: Breaker off for disposal with black tape over it indicating home owner does not want it on. We placed a note with post-it note tape over the sink side button, do not run. Pulled 2 dozen weeds on the lanai.
7/15/19: Water on upon arrival, off upon departure
7/15/19: Could not find evidence of the ant infestation noted and treated 4 weeks ago inside or outside. Pool filter housing had slight leak coming from the lid see photos below.
7/15/19: Child pool safety gate not latched in pool area again, photo below. Pulled a half dozen weeds on the lanai.
7/15/19: Watered 3 interior trees.
7/15/19: Lowered the thermostat to 77 to help mitigate humidity level.
